Charismatic leader of his generation since his mandate at the head of the academic and scholar Federation of Ivory Coast (FESCI), Mr Charles Ble Goude is also the main student union advocate in Côte d'Ivoire.
A Pan-Africanist at heart, he has to his credit the organisation of several summits for African youth in order to raise awareness about the role and the positioning of Africa in the midst of nations.

Former Minister of the Youth, Employment and professional training, he is the founder and President of the Pan-African Congress for Justice and Equality of People (COJEP), a left-wing socialist political party. Holding a Postgraduate degree in political communication, Mr Charles Ble Goudé acts as a consultant in this field. Furthermore, as the former CEO of Leader's Team Associated Mr. Charles Blé Goudé was leading on communications and cultural events.
Additional talents that could be allocated to Mr Ble Goude ‘s name include writing. He wrote his first two books following the 2002 politico-military crisis, “My share of truth” in 2006, - “From one stage to another“ in 2009. In spring 2011, while in exile in Ghana, at the end of the post-election crisis, he wrote “Electoral Trap”.
He was arrested in Ghana on January 17, 2013, extradited to Côte d'Ivoire, where he spent 14 months in incommunicado detention at the head office of the Territorial Surveillance (DST). He was further transferred to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague in Netherlands with the consent of the authorities of Côte d'Ivoire, his country,. From the depths of his prison, Mr. Charles Blé Goudé wrote his last book “From hell I will be back” in 2016. After a long trial and a preventive incarceration of more than six years, he was acquitted at first instance on January 15, 2019 and finally cleared by the ICC's Appeals Chamber on March 31, 2021.
